The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studio area, within walking distance of several restaurants in Sherman Oaks. It's also a short drive to the beach for a day trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the beds are on the smaller side. The service, especially at breakfast and room service, was excellent, along with attentive housekeeping. Overall, a great location with friendly service.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The location was perfect, near some great restaurants for breakfasts and close to the beach and Universal Studios area. The rooms were kept clean and had comfortable enough beds. The service was top-notch, with great service during breakfast and room service, as well as efficient housekeeping. However, the dining, while included and featuring seasonal vegetables, had room for improvement. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the amenities offered.
